Lew May Replace Geithner at Treasury

The chatter in Washington and on Wall Street is that White House Chief of Staff Jack Lew is the favorite to replace Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner in President Obama's second term, reports HuffPo.

Lew previously ran Obama's Office of Management and Budget and also had a stint, surprise, at Citigroup.

  1. I thought you were making a joke "Lew" as in Lew Rockwell.

  2. Mr Wenzel, you do this on purpose, don't you? Ah, but one can dream.

  3. Paul as Secretary of State.

His press conference on Day 1:

    1. We declare victory in World War II and pull our troops out of Germany and Japan.

    2. We declare victory in Korea ..

    3. We declare victory in the Cold War, Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Sudan, Garcia Islands, ....

    4. We declare victory in Cuba and end the sanctions...

  4. Is little Timmy TurboTax going to the private sector?
The next Treasury Secretary is going to be Goldman Sachs.
