While Republicans Bellyache About Obama's Power Grabs....

By Chris Rossini

...one of their 'top-tier' Presidential hopefuls, Chris Christie, cuddles up with the Bush Network:
Later this month, Christie will be in the Hamptons, chatting up Republican donors at the home of Clifford Sobel, a former ambassador in the George W. Bush administration. Former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani, erstwhile darling of the Big Apple’s GOP set, will host the event. Palatucci, who is close with both former presidents George H. W. Bush and George W. Bush, having led the Garden State campaigns for both, is reportedly taking care to connect the vaunted Bush network, which has been friendly to Christie in the past, with his Jersey boss. [...]
Former secretary of state Henry Kissinger, who encouraged Christie to run last year, agrees. In an interview, he tells me Christie remains a top-tier candidate for the Republican presidential nomination, owing to his willingness to wade into foreign policy and his ability to broaden the Republican coalition. “We’re friendly, and I think extremely highly of him, and he knows I’d be delighted if he became a national candidate,” he says.
What a line-up of characters...No doubt this crew will be plotting how to reign in the surveillance state.

Republicans, who keep spewing out soundbites that complain about Obama's "unprecedented" violations are really just jealous. Sitting on the bench is no fun! They should be the ones turning up the temperature on the boiling frogs.

Christie has already proven that he will institute price controls, will bully merchantswill break contracts, will take away your guns, and ration your resources.

Christie is also known for his charming demeanor and ability to use street talk around voters. In other words, he's good at shearing the sheep without making them squeak.

What's for the Bush's, Giuliani and Kissinger not to like?

This guy has it all!
