Krugman: We Need More Price Inflation

I don't know what to call this other than crackpot economics. Paul Krugman writes:

First, with all the talk of negative natural rates of interest, secular stagnation, and so on, there is a strong case for setting inflation targets at least somewhat higher than they were in the past. All sorts of people have, in fact, called for higher inflation.[...]So Janet Yellen should keep her petal peddle pedal to the medal mettle metal for a long time.
This guy really thinks you can boost any economy by printing more paper money. As it's all because he misunderstands the operations of a baby sitting co-op.
