Another Interesting Geithner Connection to Power and Ford

I have previously pointed out my suspicions that former Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner's  father was likely CIA, operating in Asia and using his Ford Foundation position as cover. (SEE: A Note on Tim Geithner's Father as CIA Agent).

Information that I have just come across shows that the Geithner-Ford connection goes well beyond Geithner's father and that Geithner's grandfather was a propagandist for both Ford Motor Co. and President Eisenhower.

In 2008, the Cape Cod Times reported:
Geithner's grandfather, Charles Moore, a public relations executive and a vice president of the Ford Motor Co., served as an adviser to President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Moore also worked as a political consultant to Republicans Nelson Rockefeller and George Romney in their presidential campaigns, according to an obituary in The Boston Globe.

A former Orleans selectman, Moore and his wife, Adeline, were also known for their local philanthropy, and the town's ice-skating rink bears his name.

Jonathan Moore, Charles' son and Geithner's uncle, worked in several posts in the departments of Justice, Defense and State throughout his governmental career and served as an ambassador to the United Nations.
