Chris Wellisz, a top Bloomberg editor who inadvertently broke an embargo of highly sensitive Federal Reserve data on Wednesday, has left the company, reports NyPo.
Exact details of his departure are not currently available.
Jill Watanabe, a Bloomberg spokeswoman, declined to comment.
His Bloomberg bio page was pdated to direct calls to his supervisor, Ken Fireman. Wellisz and Fireman didn’t return calls by NyPo seeking comment.
