    Didn't GW Bush criticise the McCain campaign back in 2000 as "crawling with lobbyists"? Didn't Bush proclaim himself to be an outsider from the incestuous Washington swamp? Didn't he promise a new humble foreign policy? Or was it Obama who said all that stuff??
