Larry Summer's The Ultimate Obama Apologist

Summers, the president’s chief economic adviser, told a Council on Foreign Relations conference that:
Obama “did not run for president to manage banks, insurance companies or car manufacturers. The actions we take are of necessity not choice”. He said Mr Obama insisted that all interventions should “go with, rather than against, the grain of the market system”.
WTF does intervention that should "go with, rather than against, the grain of the market system" mean? Intervention is never going with the grain of the market. It is overruling the market. Paging George Orwell.

He also continued with Obama's mantra that:

[Obama] did not run for president to manage banks, insurance companies or car manufacturers. The actions we take are of necessity not choice.
But Obama did run to line the pockets of certain Wall street elite and unions and he is using the economic crisis as cover to line their pockets.

Proving he is a total Obama suck up,Summers even defended Obama's negating of the rule of law in its treatment of secured creditors (who should have been paid in total before anyone else) in the Chrysler's bankruptcy.

Summer knows better on all these points.
