G-20 Kidnapping?

  1. Looks like a violation of Posse Comitatus to me. The arresting entities are in military-issue camo with MP armbands on. Even under the loosest interpretation of Posse Comitatus, the MPs should have handed the arrested man over to local /non-military authorities.

  2. You'll find another picture of the same military personnel and the arrested man on this page:
    see image 10

What in the hell is military doing in defiance of Posse Comitatus?

  3. One more note:

At first I thought the black guy had an MP armband, which may still hold true. However, the other two guys have ID armbands that match the rest of the police decked out in riot gear.

Therefore, I cannot conclude that these guys are military. However, I wonder why they have no protective gear while other law enforcement does.

I guess I can go back to work now knowing that our cherished rights are still safe, having concluded that Posse Comitatus is still apparently intact.

  4. Yeah me too. I always prefer getting arrested by local police versus MP's.

  5. Why didn't they grab this guy earlier when they had the chance?

He was standing there the whole time the jarheads were kidnapping the other dude

  6. Where are their hats? Every military uniform includes a hat. Also, I don't think any of the military is still wearing the old BDU camoflage anymore.

  7. This is my last word on this subject.

After extensive research and thoughtful deliberation, I have concluded, for myself, that this video is staged.

  8. The video is staged? Give me whatever you're smoking. Ummm, you can clearly see properly dressed police in the background as well as marked police vehicles with lights flashing. One of the police has his "bean bag" gun pulled.
