Ha, Ha, Ha, It's All a Big Joke on Capitol Hill

Senator Jim Inhofe may be anti-climate legislation, but I really don't think he gets it. The interventionists are in Congress to ruin the country. Ron Paul tried to play straight with Barney Frank on the Audit the Fed Bill, we all know what happened there.

Get a load of this:
Environment and Public Works Committee Chairwoman Barbara Boxer and ranking GOP member Jim Inhofe traded fierce fire last week as their committee battled over whether to move forward with a climate change bill.

But behind closed doors, the California liberal and the Oklahoma conservative say they prefer exchanging global warming gag gifts more than partisan jabs.

Inhofe brags about a mug he gave Boxer that shows sea levels rising to cover certain regions - including most of California - when heated up.

In return, Boxer gave Inhofe a stuffed polar bear - a toy version of an animal that scientists say is gravely threatened by global warming.

"We are really very good friends," said Boxer. "It's a good working relationship we have. People are very surprised about it."
Barbra Boxer, Barney Frank, Al Gore and Barack Obama are muggers. How you can joke with these people is beyond me. Sending a gag gift to Barbara Boxer? .

  2. I've often wondered how one group can server with another. I despised John McCain, but it baffled me that he could serve with John Kerry - when John Kerry's winter soldier crap was used in John McCain's torture sessions.

How? John Kerry deserved to be punched in the face and shunned.

And there are others. Boxer, Durbin. How can someone call you a Holocaust denier (or supporter), a racist, a murder, a terrorist, and then you send them sweet little gag gifts and invitations to your Christmas party?

    That's messed up.

  3. Why are you still trying to nuance the difference between an Inhoffe and a Boxer? They are all thieves.

  4. Wenzel,

I guess it goes to show you that the "debate" and "fierce opposition" are just a show put on for the entertainment, and control, of the American people. At the end of the day, all these politicos are playing for the same team and they know it.

  5. Much of it is an act for public consumption.

Both parties hide behind the curtain, playing their "government for sale" game, Which side can give away more?
