The latest the independent Quinnipiac University poll for the Republican primary race for the 2010 U.S. Senate contest in Connecticut shows a gain for Peter Schiff, but he still remains far behind the leaders.
Former Connecticut Congressman Rob Simmons leads the Republican primary matchup with 28 percent, followed by Former World Wrestling Entertainment executive Linda McMahon with 17 percent. Schiff is polling at 5%, up from 2% in September.
