On Thursday, Secretary Geithner will be in Singapore to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Meeting of Finance Ministers.
In the morning,before breakfast, Secretary Geithner will participate in a bilateral meeting with Singaporean Finance Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam.
Later, Secretary Geithner will attend a working breakfast with Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Finance Ministers.
Following that, Secretary Geithner will attend the APEC Ministerial Retreat and Plenary.
In the afternoon, Secretary Geithner will participate in a bilateral meeting with Malaysian Finance Minister Ahmad Husni.
Later in the afternoon, Secretary Geithner will participate in a bilateral meeting with Thai Finance Minister Korn Chatikavanij.
Following that, Secretary Geithner will participate in the APEC Finance Ministers Joint Press Conference.
Finally, the Secretary will attend the APEC Finance Ministers Official Dinner at Sentosa Island.
