Former Federal Reserve Governor Arthur Brimmer told me he wrote a paper on systemic risk back in 1988. He also told me that Fed chairman Ben Bernanke told him he recently read it.
Gov. Brimmer is having his office send me a copy. After I have a look at it, I'll post on it.
