A $13 million, 6,250-square-foot apartment in NYC's Flatiron building, that was used as a filming location for the soon to be released,“Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps,” is up for sale.

The palatial two-story digs has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a sprawling 3,250-square-foot private roof terrace that can be reached by two elevators. In the movie, Michael Douglas, who returns as Gordon Gekko, leaves jail after serving a 20-year prison sentence for insider trading and heads straight to this apartment, where his estranged daughter, Winnie (Carey Mulligan) is living.
