Gordon Gekko's Pad for Sale

A $13 million, 6,250-square-foot apartment in NYC's Flatiron building, that was used as a filming location for the soon to be released,“Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps,” is up for sale.

According to NyPo:

The palatial two-story digs has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a sprawling 3,250-square-foot private roof terrace that can be reached by two elevators. In the movie, Michael Douglas, who returns as Gordon Gekko, leaves jail after serving a 20-year prison sentence for insider trading and heads straight to this apartment, where his estranged daughter, Winnie (Carey Mulligan) is living.

Director Oliver Stone had his pick of luxe apartments, but chose [this one] for its masculine mahogany floors, a floating staircase and incredible city views. The views are quintessential New York — the Empire State building, Times Square and roofs lined with water towers.
