The occasional free market oriented oligarch Koch Brothers (The Cato Institute is one of their front organizations) are the focus of a report by Greenpeace. Raw Story has the details.
Don't mistake the Greenpeace report as an indication that these oligarchs are principled free market operators. Word out of Kentucky is that they are financing Rand Paul's opposition. You can have differences of opinion over strategies or tactics but to attempt to undermine fellow travelers is pretty vicious.
