Insiders Reject Schiff; He 'll Carry On

Last night, Linda McMahon won the Connecticut Republican State Convention's endorsement for U.S. Senate on the first ballot.

The official tally put McMahon with 737 votes, Robert Simmons with 632 and Peter Schiff with 44 votes.

Schiff has already announced that he would take advantage of Connecticut's open primary law and petition his way onto the August 10 primary ballot.

  1. I predict Schiff will win the election, he's the only one with a economic head on his shoulders.
