The ECB and BOE Maintain Rates

The European Central Bankhas left its key rate unchanged at 1%.

Note: Despite what you read, this is a tight money policy.

The BOE also left its rate inchanged.

    Money supply is NOT growing, as of last week, in the U.S. or EU.
