Great creative work from Tom Woods and Bob Murphy, as Woods tries to defend his new book, Nullification, from those who name call rather than debate the argument for nullification.
Excellent video! However, might I suggest that, for a more lively, cerebral discussion, the next segment be a panel discussion. Suggested panelists (keeping with the horror movie/zombie/goon motif):
1. Mongo from "Blazing Saddles": "Mongo no like inflation. Mongo like hard money!"
2. Frankenstein's monster (a la Peter Boyle) from "Young Frankenstein", dialogue consisting solely of menacing, incoherent growls.
3. Paul Krugman (in Hannibal Lecter mask) from the "New York Times", dialogue also consisting solely of menacing, incoherent growls.
Sloth from the Goonies. Danny Devito's mom in Throw Momma from the train. The Tazmanian Devil. Chief Wiggum from the Simpsons. Amy Winehouse. Whitney Houston.
Phil Hartman's version of Frankenstein's monster on SNL would also be a good addition. "Fire bad!"
Excellent vid !
ReplyDeleteI think that Zombie guy has a full time NPR gig in his future.
