The New York Knicks just completed their pitch to NBA free agent LeBron James.
According to Forbes blogger, Steve Bertoni, the Knicks commissioned the marketing consulting firm, Interbrand, to conduct a study of what James could earn through the rest of his NBA career, based on what city he chooses to play in.
Bottom line: For NYC, the numbers come in at $1 billion to $2 billion.
