Obamacare enforcer, Health Secretary, Kathleen Sebelius tells FT that the federal government will step in to ensure that the Obamacare reforms are implemented in every state.
“The way the bill is written, it really is a state-based program with the federal government providing the back-up,” she said.
“So if a state opts not to set up a risk pool, we do it here at the department. If the state opts not to regulate their insurance market, we do it.”
“It is not a federal takeover, it’s really a partnership."
Partnership? I really think George Orwell knew Sebelius personally. This is one scary woman.

When the Nazis invaded France it wasn't really a takeover but more like a partnership with the Vichy government.
