Dear Bob:
Manuel Ayau, one of the leading figures in the fight for liberty in Latin America, passed away yesterday at his country home in Guatemala.
I have posted a piece in memory of him on Northwood University's blog, "In Defense of Capitalism," entitled,"A Leader for Liberty in Latin America: Manuel Ayau (1925-2010)."
"Musso," as his friends called him, was a dedicated defender of free enterprise and a wonderful human being. He will be sorely missed.
