Another hedge fund may be the subject of an FBI raid.
On the heels of three raids, yesterday (two in NYC, one in Boston), reports are circulating that Balyasny Asset Management has been served with a warrant. A spokesman for the FBI said that it is “executing court-authorized search warrants in an ongoing investigation,” although it is not completely clear if they are at the offices of Balyasny this morning.
Phone calls placed to numerous employees and the operators at both Balyasny's Chicago and NYC offices were not answered and rolled to voicemail.
