NYC Power Rankings

The New York Observer, is out with their latest NYC Top 150 power list rankings. Billionaire David Koch is ranked as more powerful than George Soros.

Says The Observer:

Both men easily outranked Lady Gaga. About Lady Gaga, the Observer said:
