The offshore bank account details of 2,000 "high net worth individuals" and corporations – detailing massive tax evasion – will be handed over in London on Sunday..
British and American individuals and companies are among the offshore clients whose details will be contained on CDs presented to WikiLeaks at a press conference at the Frontline Club in London. Those involved include, Elmer tells the Observer, "approximately 40 politicians".
I'm not sure about revealing the others, but let's find out who the dirty politicians are.
Elmer after the press conference will return to Switzerland from exile in Mauritius to face trial. He is a former chief operating officer in the Cayman Islands and employee of the major Swiss bank, Julius Baer bank, which accuses him of stealing the information.
Elmer says, according to the Guardian:
I agree with privacy in banking for the person in the street, and legitimate activity, but in these instances privacy is being abused so that big people can get big banking organisations to service them. The normal, hard-working taxpayer is being abused also.The names on the CDs will not be made public, just as a much shorter list of 15 clients that Elmer handed to WikiLeaks in 2008 has remained undisclosed by WiliLeaks.
Once you become part of senior management and gain international experience, as I did, then you are part of the inner circle – and things become much clearer. You are part of the plot. You know what the real products and service are, and why they are so expensive. It should be no surprise that the main product is secrecy … Crimes are committed and lies spread in order to protect this secrecy.
Only in the mind of a criminal parasite (Like Little Paulie Krugman) is "trying to keep your own earnings" considered criminal. The scumbags who yell "tax evasion" need to be eliminated from civil societies.

ReplyDeleteSince what is law and what isn't law is always determined by those in power, one (such as Wikileaks) cannot simultaneously consider certain things a government does a "crime" (such as tax-evasion), while calling another 'illegal' or 'criminal', such as war, when the nature of these are each other's opposites.
Governments always use euphemisms to make non-existing distinctions between the nature of government's actions and a civilian's actions.
Therefor if one is to believe war is merely a euphemism for mass murder by government, taxation then is merely a euphemism for mass-robbery by government.
It is unfortunate that organizations such as Wikileaks do not resolve their own inherent pro-state, logical contradictions.
They do a good job, while basing them on the wrong underlying principles.
I guess the only way to be free on planet earth is to have nuclear bombs...No criminal organization will bother you then...You will be able to create your own "laws" and be left alone by the voting parasites and their mafias they call government.

ReplyDeleteThere would be laws, but contrary to the gargantuan amount of BS laws we have now they would be just, as they would be based on a non-agression principle.
Since a government, defined as a "monopoly of force", is ipso facto aggressive, a government cannot serve as a protector of "rights" when it is itself simultaneously a violator of it. In that sense it truly is similar to a crime family, albeit one where you get to vote who's going to be your kneecapper.

And no, nuclear bombs are not the "only way" (and even if it were, so what? You want to attack? Pay the price. None of this PC Geneva convention bullshit). But it requires both an open mind and genuine interest to figure out how things would work, and there is no point wasting time on anybody whose sole purpose is looking for reasons to object.
