One way to get the economy going is to cut taxes dramatically, that's not going to happen. But neither is Treasury Secretary Geithner's proposal to "level the tax playing field"
Geithner said a "level playing field" is a major goal of a corporate-tax revamp, which would allow the market rather than the tax system to drive investment.
The elite will always have an edge.
