Later in the afternoon, the Secretary will depart Washington, DC for Frankfurt, Germany.
Also, Monday morning, Deputy Treasury Secretary Neal Wolin will meet at Treasury with the Chairman of the Transition Commission of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Dr. Ashraf Ghani.
Ah, Neal Wolin, pusher of "economic peace" in the Muslim world. Did he steer the Gulf Cooperation Council to offer stability aid to Bahrain and Oman, instead of advancing freedoms?
