Yesterday morning, the tsunami created by the earthquake in Japan wasn't noticeable on the ocean side of San Francisco. But then the wave came in through the Golden Gate, and created a slow-moving but visible swell in the calmer waters of San Francisco Bay. This video was taken from Emeryville on the east side of the bay, across from San Francisco.
