Reuters has video of IMF Chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn as he was taken last night for a medical examination that will focus on looking for scratches on his body and to take DNA samples.
NyPo reports that most of Sunday Strauss-Kahn sat on a police bench as his lawyers battled to prevent the examination from occurring:

Sources said he was taken out of the police station house only after finally agreeing to a medical exam -- and only after cops had moved to obtain a warrant to gather potential DNA evidence.

When did he go from allegedly forcing oral sex to allegedly sodomizing the lady? And how dare he stand up for his rights by demanding a warrant before a forced medical examination? Doesn't he know that here in the US, you need to give up those sorts of rights just to board a plane or a subway train?
