Japanese workers have entered the No. 1 reactor at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant—the first time they have done so since an explosion in the days after the March 11 tsunami. The workers are connecting ventilation equipment that they hope will reduce radiation in the air inside the reactor. Two workers entered at 11:30 a.m. local time, and worked for 25 minutes; a dozen workers have split up in teams and will work inside the reactor in a rotation,
