You can judge how seriously the President takes the debt ceiling negotiations with Republicans--he put Biden in charge! Of course the only guy in Congress that Biden might possibly be smarter then and capable of pulling one over on would be Bohener. My guess is that little was accomplished in this outing, but I bet you Biden had everyone in stitches the entire time!
