Bank of Israel Governor and former IMF deputy chief Stanley Fischer says he will run for the top job at the International Monetary Fund.
Christine Lagarde, France's finance minister, is considered the front-runner. Mexican central bank chief Agustin Carstens is also running for the position.
Mr. Insider, Nouriel Roubini, says that Fischer's run " looks like a most uphill battle."
