John Dean: Cheney a Classic Authoritarian Personality

John Dean, former Nixon White House Counsel who was caught up in Watergate, blasted former Vice President Dick Cheney’s memoir In My Time.

"He is a classic authoritarian personality,” says Dean. “We are seeing it in his book. He certainly demonstrated it as vice president.”

  3. Yes, an "authoritarian" who spent his entire adult life feeding at the public trough, never having produced anything of actual value to others, starting three wars of aggression against innocent people who were of no threat to the U.S., two of them in Iraq, 1991 and 2003, and a delusional central planning internationalist.
    Fortunately, batteries run out.

  4. John Dean isn't a whole lot better. It has been documented a number of times how often he lied over the Watergate scandal.

  6. "...caught up in Watergate..."

Nah, he was a driving force, working for coup orchestrators. The fascinating, scary, and, to me, absolutely convincing case is laid out in 'Silent Coup.'
