Of All the Absurd Things Krugman Has Written, Rumsfeld Cancels His Subscription...

to NYT when Krugman speaks some truth.

Yup, Donald Rumsfeld has tweeted:

After reading Krugman’s repugnant piece on 9/11, I canceled my subscription to the New York Times this AM.
Among Krugman's comments:
Fake heroes like Bernie Kerik, Rudy Giuliani, and, yes, George W. Bush raced to cash in on the horror. And then the attack was used to justify an unrelated war the neocons wanted to fight, for all the wrong reasons.

  1. Rare that Krugman does something I can agree with. Nice to see him call out these criminals. Sadly on one hand he condemns them and with the other he authors papers to financially support them. Circle jerk.

  2. Rumsfeld is just pissed that he didn't get equal war-criminal billing.

  3. I am not a fan of the NY Times, but with that said, who in the fuck gives a damn what Rumsfeld says at this point? The man is a lying charlatan.

The one time Krugman actually gets something right in the NY Times, and Rumsfeld wants to act like it isn't true. Give me a break.

    Rumsfeld should be in prison.

  4. As a penance, Donny should be made to sell NY Times at Interstate offramps.

  5. Why does Rumsfeld even have a subscription to Pravda-on-the-Hudson? Why does anyone?

    Oh, he's an old fool.
