Billionaire George Soros' rapidly expanding nonprofits that attempt to intervene in governments of nations around the world ,plan to take over an entire building in NYC, reports WSJ.

Open Society Foundations has leased for the next 30 years 152,000 square feet, or all of the office space in the Argonaut Building at 57th Street and Broadway.
