Breaking: UK Court Rules Against Julian Assange

WikiLeaks' founder Julian Assange should be extradited from Britain to Sweden to face questioning over alleged sex crimes, London's High Court ruled on Wednesday, after rejecting his appeal against the extradition.

Assange can still appeal to Britain's Supreme Court. A Supreme Court reversal, however, is seen as a long shot.

  1. This case is a startling example of how governments (i.e. criminal gangs) will close ranks to destroy someone who threatens to reveal the hypocrisy and criminality they all share in common.

  2. UK courts are compromised. I learnt that the day they covered up the David Kelly hit, the Lord Hutton Inquiry that ensued was a total farce as well.

I am slightly more confident about the US legal system!
