Greek Referendum Called Off

Prime Minister George Papandreou called off his plan to hold a referendum on Greece’s new bailout deal with the EuroZone.

In an address to his party’s central committee on Thursday evening, Papandreou said there was no need for a referendum now that the opposition New Democracy Party had said it would back the debt deal.

  2. Papa used the threat of referendum to steal even more from the rest of the world. Papa knew that the greek democracy parasites would vote to default...Wonder what the political terrorists/bankers offered him to call it off? More of my money? Papa will be running a hedge fund at Goldman Sachs soon.
