Indications US/NATO Could Attack Iran Soon After November 8

Last Wednesday, Israel conducted a successful test launch of a new intercontinental ballistic missile, Jericho 3, which foreign sources report is capable of carrying a nuclear warhead 7,000 kilometers.

Then, Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak made an unscheduled trip to London shortly after a secret visit to Israel by the British chief of staff General Sir David Richards last week.

British media are reporting that as soon as he arrived the Ministry of Defense in London had accelerated and upgraded its contingency planning for participation in a US-led assault on Iran. The papers carried an account of plans for deploying large naval units including submarines to the Persian Gulf.

In other words, Israel appears to be preparing for something big. Speculation is that it is a US-NATO attack on Iran.

President Barack Obama may decide to strike Iranian Revolutionary Guards targets, and Iran's strategic infrastructure, hoping to weaken, or knock out, the regime of the ayatollahs.

The cover story to justify any attack is likely to be the publication of the International Atomic Energy Agency's Iran report next Tuesday, Nov. 8. The US/Israel bought and paid for IAEA report is likely to state, according to the Debka file, that within 12 months, Iran will have tucked all its nuclear and ballistic missile facilities in deep underground tunnels where they will be invulnerable to attack.

As for the attack itself, Debka writes that military sources report that if the US, Britain and other NATO nations, such as France, Italy and Germany, participate in the attack, Israel will not. Its army, air force and navy will defend the home front, be available to engage Iran's allies to prevent them from striking the assault forces from the rear, and act as a strategic reserve.

  1. The fact that the possibility of them using the propaganda machine to push their agenda is scary.

Watch the Conan clip where he talks about how the media reported on his recent show, which "pushed the envelope" with a gay marriage. Scary, funny, and shocking in implication- f'ing scary for a comedian, terrifying when they start using it for war. http://tinyurl.com/3dp5pow

  2. I found it funny that Nov. 8 is also the release date of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. Seriously though, things might get very nasty if we attack Iran. It could be the next Iraq.

  4. From the Jerusalem Post:

A senior US military official said on Friday Iran had become the biggest threat to the United States and Israel's president said the military option to stop the Islamic republic from obtaining nuclear weapons was nearer.
