  1. Hahaha, if this is true, it is too funny. Rand Paul is going to step-up his anti-TSA position very soon.

  5. If they charge him, or detain him any longer, we march. It is time to get arrested, it is time to shut DC down. If these fascists can detain a U.S. Senator, a representative of the people, we are all absolutely screwed. Rand Paul acted like a real man today. Who else wants to? Where online can the liberty movement coordinate a massive campaign of civil disobedience in DC?

Just say where and when. I am a senior and have nothing to fear that is not already inevitable.

      Enough of this crap.

  8. This will be interesting to see how it gets spun in the media. Will it be along the lines of the "don't touch my junk" narrative, in which the subject of state tyranny is deemed a hero for resisting the TSA thugs, or will they paint him as an elitist who wants special treatment that the rest of us don't get.

    Article 1 section 6

I don't think that would arise to the level of "breach of the peace" (acts or conduct that seriously endanger or disturb public peace and order).

The strange thing is why did he even go through that radiation machine, though I like that this provided more of a chance for civil disobedience than just asking for the pat-down like I do.

  13. Even Senators who disagree with Rand might be willing to crush those unaccountable toadies at the TSA now. Good job getting rid of your job!

  14. Letting them arrest him in violation of the constitution would be better as now they will frame it as a voluntary detention.

  15. Was he travelling from DC?

  17. The TSA should have to wear swastika armbands so people know what they are. Your papers please!
