A New Way to Complain about Bad Service

  1. I had a gripe with a major credit card company.

    Made a few phone calls... no luck.

    Wrote a letter and faxed it... no luck.

    Mailed the aforementioned letter... I got a response that basically said too bad.

    My spouse posted the ordeal to Facebook... SUCCESS!!!
