Will Ron Paul Win Washington State?

LaTi thinks so:The congressman from Texas may have a shot at declaring his first victory of the Republican primary season on Saturday when Washington Republicans gather for caucuses at libraries, community centers, Grange halls and restaurants statewide. He came in a strong third in the state's caucuses in 2008, and has energized new followers in the four years since.
Of course, this being LaTi they ask, "Will it matter?":

...a victory by any candidate could be fleeting. National delegates will be chosen later.

What they don't mention is that Ron Paul has been amassing national delegates across the country, when others have been declared winners. Somehow at such times the focus has always been on the winner and not the actual delegates. Now that a win is in sight, the focus turns to delegates.
