Medical care is going to get worse under Obamacare. Robert S. Dotson, M.D.
tells us why:
As income reductions are being imposed on private practice, costs are being driven up by exploding regulations. In addition, the plethora of new mandates and laws have increasingly criminalized every aspect of the practice of medicine and created vast new armies of armed bureaucrats whose sole aim is to impose civil and criminal penalties on any provider unlucky enough to be singled out for attention...
New restrictions, rules, and regulations on healthcare – on providers and patients alike – have imposed legal constraints with which full compliance is impossible. Medicare rules and regs alone fill tens of thousands of pages, and ignorance of any of them is no defense for the unlucky. The original HIPAA legislation has been amplified with many additions since its inception in 1996: FERPA, HITECH, ARRA (2009). Each additional act or regulation has further criminalized the practice of medicine...My own solo cardiologist was forced to close his practice last Fall and seek employment with an area hospital, due to declining reimbursement levels. More than 51% of cardiologists in the U.S. are now hospital employees. One of my medical school classmates, a successful internal medicine specialist, has recently given up the fight and has plans to enter some other line of work...
Widespread vaccination of the population with untested “stabs” will be mandated and enforced. As long predicted by Tin Hatters around the planet, this will permit biometric “nano-chipping” of the citizenry without the unpleasant need to ask their permission.
Vast sums will be committed to “preventive” medicine which will prevent nothing and will only expand the reach of the Medical-Industrial complex into every nook and cranny of a person’s life – and, into every wallet. Certain corporate profit-driven diets and treatment regimens will be mandated and enforced; access to nutritional supplements and alternative medicine practices will be limited or banned altogether; behavior patterns of all types will be monitored and carefully scripted and controlled (what we see, hear, read, do, eat, drink, and breathe – where and how we work, play, and live) under the guise of State Security concerns and its new companion, Public Health or Public Good; and, finally, the Corporate State will deploy “death panels” to decide when a person has outlived his or her economic usefulness to the State. In spite of Obama’s denials that such bodies exist and Palin’s diversionary, hysterical rantings at Tea Party rallies, there is clear provision in the Act for bureaucratic decision-making bodies which will make end-of-life decisions for us all....
Finally, the entire health care system is being forced to switch to electronic health records (EHRs) and, soon, to a completely new coding system (from ICD-9 to ICD-10). Failure to comply with these mandates will result in further reductions in provider payments with every year that they remain unimplemented...
Unfettered access to this information will ensure that the Corporate State can maximize its profits, largely avoid all risk and liability, and eliminate any potential competition (such as, often cheaper and more effective alternative medicine providers and therapies, non-GMO whole foods, and nutritional supplements). It will also ensure that medicine is practiced/delivered within strict cookbook guidelines that are carefully written by non-physician bureaucrats to maintain corporate profits and government power...
Here's Dr. Dotson's prescription for dealing with your health in the era of Obamacare:
Avoid contact with the existing health care system as far as possible. Yes, emergencies arise that require the help of physicians, but by and large one can learn to care for one’s own minor issues. Though it is flawed, the internet has been an information leveler for the masses and permits each person to be his or her own physician to a large degree. Take advantage of it! Educate yourself about your own body and learn to fuel and maintain it as you would an expensive auto or a pet poodle. One does not need a medical degree to:
1. avoid excessive use of tobacco or alcohol or, for that matter, caffeine;
2. avoid poisons like fluoride, aspartame, high fructose corn syrup, and addictive drugs (legal or illicit);
3. avoid unnecessary and potentially lethal imaging studies (TSA’s radiation pornbooths, excessive mammography, repetitive CT scans – exposure to all significantly increases cancer risk);
4. avoid excessive cell phone use and exposure to other forms of EMR pollution where possible (the NSA is recording everything you say and text anyway);
5. avoid daily fast food use and abuse (remember: pink slime and silicone) ;
6. avoid untested GM foods (do you really want to become “Roundup Ready?”):
7. avoid most vaccinations and pharmaceutical agents promoted by the establishment;
8. avoid risky behaviors (and, we do not need a bunch of Nanny State bureaucrats to define and police these);
9. exercise moderately;
10. get plenty of sleep;
11. drink plenty of good quality water (buy a decent water filter to remove fluoride, chloride, and heavy metals);
12. wear protective gear at work and play where appropriate (helmets, eye-shields, knee and elbow pads, etc.):
13. seek out locally-grown, whole, organic foods and support your local food producers;
14. take appropriate nutritional supplements (multi-vitamins, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3);
15. switch off the TV and the mainstream media it represents;
16. educate yourself while you can;
And, lastly…
17. QUESTION AUTHORITY!
About "17. QUESTION AUTHORITY!" That's my default way of being. So, here are a couple of things in the list that stand out the most:
ReplyDelete1. Caffeine (coffee) is harmless, depending on what you mean by "excessive".
7. Keeping in mind how many homeopath lunatics we have around us, this piece of advice will probably do more harm than good. Avoid unnecessary flu shots? Sure! Avoid HBV, MMR vaccines? Bad idea! Aren't they all promoted by the establishment? (I'm not in the US.)
Actually since I switched to decaff my blood pressure (as well as my wifes) has been much better than when we drank caffeinated coffee. So I wouldn't be so sure that caffeine is harmless!
DeleteOh, yes, they are promoted by the establishment. Here in Florida every drug store has a big sign for Flu Shots.....
DeleteAll vaccines are scams. Every last one of them. From the first Salk vaccine to the latest
Deleteto the latest cancer vaccines.
caffeine is a very dangerous drug, phamacutically in the same class as cocaine, but the effects of it are similar to meth. Read Caffeine Blues, and Caffeine Kills,two very good books.
DeleteThe drug signs everywhere are disgusting. Outside of our local Albertson's grocery store there are 6 signs; 2 each for Flu, Whooping Cough and Shingles. I have even been approached while shopping and asked to get a Flu shot.
DeleteIn regards to number 7., "avoid most vaccinations and pharmaceutical agents promoted by the establishment," yes, I was hoping this one would show up when I saw this article pop up in my RSS feed. However, the reason I hoped it would show up is precisely because of the mandate. How are you supposed to avoid the untested vaccines when it's mandated?
ReplyDeleteNot that I'm going to comply regardless, but I would at least like to do it as effectively as possible, whether under the radar or other methods.
Benjamin Richards asked,"How are you supposed to avoid the untested vaccines when it's mandated?"
ReplyDeleteSome People say that is THE line in the sand for them,... as if they could resist with arms.
From what I've read, the monsters will skip the "stabs" and use the air as a delivery vehicle. Some People say vaccinating troops in the field this way is a war generals wet dream and they've been very busy practicing.
If you don't know anything about nano-tech that might seem far fetched.
It's hard to say how slave and master relations workout, eh?
And as far as HBV, MMR vaccines go, a Lot of People say vaccines simply don't work and Louis Pasteur was wrong about the germ theory of disease (as are most doctors today) all the facts I've seen so far support this conclusion.
Here's a baby-step primer:
"Antoine Bechamp... proved through original research that most diseases are the result of diseased tissue and bacteria and viruses are largely after-effects instead of causes of disease." - from, curezone.com
There are many modern references to such online, go see.
- clark
There are many cases in history where "a lot of people" were wrong about some popular belief. Don't throw the baby out with the bath water just because you don't think all vaccines work. Children should get vaccinated...the alternative can be far worse.
DeleteVaccines falsely take credit for the effects of sanitation, nutrition, and hygiene. The diseases we vaccinate for were on their way out before the vaccines began to be widely administered.
Deletedoubt it Polio was not on the way out before the vaccine and it took a worlwide vaccination push to wipe it out. If I had a daughter I would get her a vaccine for HPV since it has proven to be a csuse of Vaginal cancer. I would also consider vaccinating a son since they now think throat cancer in males is related to HPV, I will leave the vector for that to your imagination
DeleteThe Salk vaccine was a complete scam. You need to do lotta of research before you comment on this issue.
Delete@ larrup, Good thing you don't have sons and daughters as it appears that your stupidity would put them at great harm.
Deletevaccination itself is not a bad idea, I think it imitates what a healthy person's immune system does, but it is what they are doing currently with the vaccines that is criminal. I don't know for sure, but I think it may be why my grandson is autistic.
DeleteI was born in the 50's when polio was the latest scare. My mother, in her great wisdom, suspected that the vaccination plan was more a plan to start population control. I never in my life had a vaccination, nor did my 5 kids. I and my kids, have not had any illnesses, aside from minor flareups of the normal childhood diseases, etc., and I have not had a cold in 35 years. When I did have a cold, it was just a scratchy throat, which, after taking echinacea, went away. I believe the vaccination scam is just that. I am wondering why such a high percentage of kids nowadays have asthma, allergies, and diabetes. Could it be that way back when, they convinced well meaning parents to inject their kids with things that made them vulnerable to life threatening conditions? Who is profiting from this? I say, follow the money and you will find the answer. Congress is complicit, as they pass bills that benefit pharmaceutical companies, giving monopolies, etc. One must see the big picture here. The evidence does not lie.
DeleteGood thing your mom was skeptical as they have recently admitted the first Polio vaccines also had the SV40 virus in it. Sv 40 causes several forms of cancer including brain tumors. Also the woman who invented the polio vaccine had tried to tell the company not to release it publicly yet as it was not ready and would harm many people, but they wanted to get it out fast. The man who released it, publicly vaccinated both his grandchildren to show everyone how "safe" this vaccine was. His grandson died within 24 hours and his granddaughter became a human vegetable within in 48 hours.
DeleteThey claim to have taken the sv40 virus out but have found many batches that it is popping back up in. When you use wild monkey kidneys to grow your precious vaccine viruses, you're going to have some animal viruses in there as well. Oh and I'm jst speaking of sv40 (meaning there were 39 before that) and that's just in the polio vaccine. Many of the flu shots have pig viruses in them as well, and no one knows what these animal viruses do to human biologiy being directly injected into the blood stream...
If this is true, which I have read in the past, why are there so many baby boomers living today? They were the ones that got the polio shots in the 50's.
DeleteI'm a baby boomer who received the 4 series Sabin Oral Polio vaccine back in 1963. After the 3rd dose I fell victim to what the doctor thought was the Flu, with pain in my back and legs. (very likely Vaccine induced Polio?)(We certainly know that's the main reason why it has been discontinued.) My 4 brothers had no reactions. But......every single one of us suffers from auto immune disease. Within a year after my reaction to the Polio vaccine I developed Hypothyroidism which has in recent years developed into Hashimotos. And, that's the clincher of my generation; we suffer from a whole host of diseases and most don't know why. Arthritis? Autoimmune.... Diabetes? Autoimmune..... Hypothyroidism? Autoimmune..... Colon disease? Autoimmune..... Cancer? Autoimmune....And, on and on. For the past 100 years and especially the past 50 years, the authorities have harmed each successive generation's health. My generation was inoculated for Diphtheria, Smallpox and then Polio. Only those 3, (and sometimes Tetanus) and it damaged us. But, more recent generations, are literally being destroyed with the dozens of vaccines being pumped into them. It's criminal! I was 13 years old when my health was harmed and I have been dealing with it all of my life. In the past 3 years I have been getting proper medical help through knowledgeable Naturopaths, which includes the deletion of certain foods, increase in other foods, supplements and Essential Oils. From my experience over the years , most Allopathic doctors and their incredible ignorance are a detriment to our health and at worst killers.
DeleteWhat about doctors? Are they better off not accepting insurance? Is that even legal now?
ReplyDeleteBTW, my daughter (HS senior this fall) was going to major in pre-med and has decided on a different major, further impacting the doctor shortage.
Are you familiar with Cosmetic Doctors? That entire field is a cash business. But we also work with a number of private practices who are also severing relationships with insurance companies because of the number of hoops they have to jump through, plus the reductions of pay they must accept. They've actually be able to reduce their charges by dealing direct with the consumer. And yes, it is legal.
DeleteTry self-paying at the doctor next time, and you'll see that the bill is far less than it would have been if it went to the insurance company. It's really quite perverse. The policy I buy for my family doesn't cover maternity expenses, so I paid for my daughter's birth at the hospital out-of-pocket. There was a difference of thousands of dollars between what the bill to the insurance company would have been and what they actually charged me.
DeleteMy experience paying out of pocket is just the opposite. I've found medical procedures cost from four to ten time as much for the cash paying uninsured.
DeleteOne example was a very special MRI I had. It took 15 minutes and cost $10,000 at the cash rate. Which of course explains why people can be bankrupted by seemingly routine medical procedures.
Hmm, are there some Sunstein trolls on this thread?
DeleteSomeone says something,and then, someone else flatly contradicts it.
The
DeletePint is that all federal politicians are crooks. A wholesale replacement will reduce the number of criminals, guaranteed. Maybe not by a lot, but better crook to,honest ration than we have now.
I personally know of several doctors who will be closing their practices next year. The doctors I go to do not take insurance. It's a cash only basis, which is fine with me. Under those circumstances they are their own bosses and are not subject to anyone looking over their shoulders, nor do they have to share patient info with anyone (government, insurance agencies, etc).
DeleteI predict we will see a surge in doctors dropping the acceptance of Medicare and Medicaid, afterwhich will follow a backlash by the "powers that be" passing laws requiring doctors to accept these in order to renew their medical license.
ReplyDeleteI am a current practicing Chiropractor for 17 yrs. I will be ending my practice as soon as I can find someone gullible enough to buy it and enter into this unsustainable nightmare of healthcare. My practice is for sale and I am looking for another job. It will have to be a government one as that's all that's left. So much for an 8 year $120,000 education. The government just screwed that investment! PS immunization cannot work in infants who have undeveloped thymus glands (ie prior to 18 months old) anyone who doesn't know this fact alone should be sow-slapped into the next millenium!
DeleteThe thymus starts to atrophy after puberty. From what I understand, it's actually quite active even in utero, and healthy babies are born with sufficient T cells that are generated during fetal life prior to birth. In fact, removal of the thymus in neonates typically does not result in a T cell immunodeficiency.
DeleteSo, can you share where you got your information regarding underdeveloped thymus glands in infants? I'd like to read more about this, since it's the first I'm hearing of it.
Might it be better to go without professional medical care in total? Who wants to live in Obamerica anyway!
ReplyDeleteI'm kinda liking the death-panel slant. Sounds like the future's gonna suck...
DeleteAfter seeing my dog put down, I thought, "we should be so lucky to go out that way".
DeleteLol, We survived Bush (except for a couple million Middle Eastern, non-Christan peasants) we'll survive Obama. And you can always move, unless the Patriot Act now forbids that too.
DeleteGreat article. I know it's a side note (and rant), but actually, the Christians (and other minority religions) in the Middle East are the ones that have suffered the most. Secular rulers (Saddam, Mubarak, Assad) allowed some religious freedom, compared to the Sharia law that US and NATO sponsored governments have imposed in those countries. Churches burned and blown up, entires families murdered because they are non-Muslim. Healthcare fiasco and Patriot Act internally, supporting Al-Qeada in Syria... do you really think Romney is going to try to overturn Obamacare? He was the first to implement socialized healthcare in Mass. as governor. Don't fool yourself. This is a government power grab supported by both parties.
DeleteCaffeine inhibits phosphodiesterase to increase cyclic amp...which can stimulate many
ReplyDeleteRemove the Insurance Companies from the equation, and remove for profit from health care. Providers should be making a profit, not insurance companies.
ReplyDeleteMake medical care a single payer system like France, focused on wellness, and you reduce medical costs 35% - 40% immediately, probably by a lot more. France controls permission to distribute drugs within France and sets a "fair price" for each medicine sold in France (through the French Government), or the drug does not get sold there. Costs are controlled through pricing, set fee for service and little need for office billing staff. In the US an MD needs a staff of three to five people just to handle the variety of types of billings and forms, denial of service, etc.
Can we not just, like, you know, let the market handle it?
DeleteHow many of those drugs were developed in France? I'd bet the only reason they can get away with imposing price controls like that is that there is still some other poor sucker (people in the USA) paying exorbitantly high prices for drugs. Kill the gold-egg-laying goose with Obamacare and the whole world rots.
DeletePrice fixing?? We've been there, done that. Price controls lead to shortages. Why not let everyone have an HSA and high-deductible insurance? People would be minding their own money unless things reached a catastrophic level, and they would have an incentive to spend wisely. An HSA + high deductible insurance costs less than covering all the "oil changes" system we now have.
DeleteYou who want totally socialized medicine should remember that survival rates for common cancers is much higher in the U.S. than either Canada or UK. The U.S. leads the world in medical innovation and technology.
Besides, where would prominent Canadians go for their heart surgeries?
The one area of Obamacare I have never seen in the media is the required prescrption quotas. MY MD tells me if they do not meet the quota allocated to them they will be fined. He also said most of his doctor friends are going back to college for a law degree. Yes indded, that is what the world needs, MORE LAWYERS!!
ReplyDeleteIf we vote right there's always a chance this stupid "health" plan will be repealed. If we put the current ones back in office we're on our own!
ReplyDeleteIf you weren't being sarcastic about this, then welcome, newbie!
DeleteThose of us who have been here for awhile know that Obamacare will never be repealed, no matter who gets "elected". It is just as unlikely as the Patriot Act being repealed, or Social Security. Or ending the Fed or the IRS!
And, we know why these will never happen. Happy voting, sucker!
vote against every incumbant politician in every race, local, state and federal in EVERY SINGLE ELECTION - ALWAYS! Change is guaranteed if everyone does this.
ReplyDeleteI agree
DeleteTom, you need to think! You want to throw out the Jim DeMints?
DeleteTom
ReplyDeleteIt just won't work. People voted for Obama hoping he
would repeal the Patriot Act and get rid of the Gestapo
and TSA (Homeland Security and Transportation Security
( the goons that fondle ladies and children at airports).
What happened? NDAA, FACTA, HIRE, the emergency declaration
that government can take over. No matter who gets in America
is on its way to becoming a police state. The best solution
might be do as the smart Jews in Germany did in the early
30's, find a new home under a new flag. Astre
The only short/medium-term solution is "leave the USSA". That's what I did 2 years ago, and no way, no how will I ever set foot again in predator-land.
ReplyDeleteSo where are 3-4 good locations to go?
DeleteI too left the states 12 years ago. Two of my buds have had kidney transplants in this lovely latin American local at $25K out the DOOR!! How much in the states? I am uninsured and don't care, I pay $30 for an office visit and no waiting (no records too). Dental care? My sister was quoted $18k to fix her mouth, $5500 here. Don't ask me where I am, just pick a nice country in L A and get the hell out of there. Ecuador is really nice, so is Peru.
DeleteTom says: "vote against every incumbant politician in every race, local, state and federal in EVERY SINGLE ELECTION - ALWAYS! Change is guaranteed if everyone does this."
ReplyDeleteTom that is really ignorant. That is called change for the sake of change. If that happened every challenger would win 100% to 0%, every incumbent gone. Sound realistic to you? Sounds stupid to me. It's like saying "we liked you 2 years ago, as a candidate, now that you're an office holder, we don't like you. Now matter how brilliant of a Statesperson you've been, you must be replaced. Very immature thinking.
Yes, it is important to protect yourself from Having health insurance, so that you retain the freedom to die of untreated disease, and the freedom to go bankrupt from massive medical bills for curative treatment.
ReplyDeleteAnd we know that health insurance is unnecessary, because people who avoid fats and vaccines never get sick or injured. And if they do, they can always pray to Jesus, because prayer is always answered.
Besides, you know that the Sheep who buy insurance and pay taxes may be so soft-hearted as to treat you anyway, and let society pay for the bills you stiff the doctors on.
Yes, Be Independent! Depend on the kindness of everyone else to pay for your medical care!
And don't forget Blueberries and broccoli. Eat lots of both in case Jesus is busy.
DeleteI agree with you hsfrey. I feel I'm entitled to take money from you via my new gov't sponsored healthcare plan so that I may live longer.
DeleteThankfully this new program has come along, because I've been uninsurable to this point.
It may have something to do with the fact I'm 350 lbs, like cheeseburgers & smoking, and only run to get in line at the buffet my welfare check allows me once a week.
But at least I'll be well taken care of by our new healthcare, paid for by everyone else but me.
Leaving the country? Most people do not have the means to do that. If they are older, they may lose the only income they have - social security (and no, that is not an entitlement to a worker that has paid all their lives. It is a mandatory government annuity that is obligated to payout).
ReplyDeleteWhen you get older, you likely will need a cardiologist and a opthamologist. They are starting to deny and form of government insurance or at very least forcing you to pay the difference upfront.
Obamacare will line the pockets of insurance companies, pharmaceuticals and government bureaucrats and place quality healthcare out of reach for the middle class.
Leaving the US does not guarantee a loss of Social Security retirement benefits. I live in France where there is even a consular department in Paris, dedicated to dealing with SS benefits of Americans in France. There are only a few countries where benefits cannot be paid.
DeleteVery entertaining!!!...LOL. Sure must be fun to incite everyone into as much foolhardy panic as you can. The crowning jewel "avoid cell phones because the NSA is recording everything"...Unimaginable paranoia deserves to feed on itself. You should be on Fox News!!! I guess there are fools that will believe you, but you are (of course) mostly (totally?) wrong.
ReplyDeleteRegarding JKLL comments caffeine is harmful, it dehydrates the body aka the brain. You are not passing the test of educating yourself.
ReplyDeleteDr. Dotson, I am a family doc who have been in practice all types over 30 years (dang, I still can't believe it has been that long).
ReplyDeleteMy delusions of grandeur ended in the 80's with DRGs, Doc in a box, HMO's etc ... all the results of doctors, drug and insurance company sleeping together. Throw in the AMA and you have a cesspool of corruption and inhumane care.
Don't blame the government for trying to accommodate and maintain a social network within that chaos. If you have to blame anyone blame doctors who have relinquish all power over to a few narcissistic few who want to suck the money out of ill patients to line pockets. Have you heard of the AMA’s RUC panels ??? Probably not because you are too angry or misguided to see clearly.
What is your agenda??? I will be able to tell for whom, where or who you are working.
You are correct in self care and wellness, You also need to tell folks about some of the meds that will make life miserable. Statins, bisphosphonate etc.
You can tell them that a acupuncturist, chiropractor and a massage will be worth their weight in gold as to cost effectiveness.
You can tell them that food as medicine is just as effective as a 1000/month pill bill.

Just notice the ideas your pop up to avoid Obamacare. It seems that very well info to the emergency declaration that government can take over. Keep it up!
ReplyDeleteHere in the U.S., our vaccines that we give our infants have 100 times more MERCURY in them than is recommended by the doctors for anyone to have exposure to in their lifetimes. I have a friend who was permanently crippled by the polio vaccine. My entire family, when we have twice tried the flu vaccines, have all ended up sick as dogs for two to three weeks afterwards. While the MMR shots have helped allegedly, I do not trust the medical industry anymore. The hospitals have no real accountability and malpractice suits against a doctor have to go through a "medical board" staffed by said doctor's golf buddies. Ditto for the damned lawyers and judges. No justice or accountability there. Our government has become more oppressive than Stalin or Hitler's was, with more demands, more taxes, more spying on us and encouraging our neighbors and children to report us to them for any/everything, more control of industry and education, etc. Read the Communist Manifesto, folks. We have already hit all ten planks here in the good old U.S. of A.
ReplyDeleteIf we can't avoid Obama Care, then is there another country where we would live better. I have a handicapped husband and I work in the healthcare field. My family is absolutely screwed by Obama care. My income will go down, it is more expensive and we don't get covered for what we need. In fact what we need the traditional western medicine can't give us. They have given up on my husband and can't help him. So for us a nutritionist and an acupuncturist is a better way to spend our money. But we won't be able to afford it after paying for Obama care.
ReplyDeleteVoting is dead. The 'two party' system of today is nary but an illusion. Go through the motions if it makes you feel good, but that is as far as the truth about voting goes.
ReplyDeleteRoy, I don't think you understand the idea of new faces every election, it is not something that we (immature thinking adults) feel would be permanent, and on going. The idea is to get rid of the career politicians, the politicians that have voted their pay raises, their entitlements that we the public will be paying until their death and their spouses deaths. The politicians that have lined their pockets for self preservation and greed, not giving a good crap of the outcome to their fellow Americans. What we hope to obtain with new faces every election, is a politician that will leave his or hers job, for a short term, to go to Washington, and make changes that will be for the better of the American society, and after their term, return to their jobs and families with the satisfaction of doing what they set out to do. If for some reason they did not obtain their goal, then either they were not what we needed in the first place or what they were trying to obtain will then be obtained by another, from his or her state that will carry on what they started out to do. Career politicians has been part of our countries problems. Our government has gotten too big for it's britches, it is suppose to be a government for the people by the people, not a government that controls the people. The bigger the government the more money the PEOPLE have to pay to keep that government. Why is it that we need a government to tell us that a steaming cup of liquid is hot, and regulate that we put on the container caution continence may be hot. Come on people what happened to common sense? I can tell you what happened to it, we gave it to the lawyers and the politicians. It is high time we take our country back and give it to the people that it belongs to, What I am saying is do we really need a government that is going to dictate to us what common sense can tell us. NO, we do not. As far as ,Odumba and ODUMBAcare I did not vote for him the first or the second time, and government regulated anything is a joke. What should be done with the health care is deregulate the insurance companies, just like they did with the phone companies. With deregulating health insurance you could go outside of your state for competitive pricing, as far as not being able to get insurance because of pre-existing conditions, that is were the government could have said no more, we could have had affordable insurance then. We have always paid for our own health insurance and never had a problem, even with type one diabetes being a pre-existing condition and paying 800 a month, But now, our insurance has been cancelled, both of ours,and now we are looking at 1800 a month for health insurance. Moving to another country? I don't think I want to turn my back on my fellow Americans, my heritage, and mostly my family, I choose to fight, just like my ancestors.
ReplyDelete
