Thanks Zimbabwe Ben!

Michael Atkinson emails:
I was looking for a place in the surrounding counties of Cleveland, OH. While housing prices are down here, rent remains somewhat on the high side. On Sunday 8/19 I found a really nice place I liked. On the following Wednesday 8/22 I submitted my application and was shocked to find the rent had increased $20 a month. When I asked the leasing agent about the increase she said ‘Our prices do change daily based on what our competitors are offering, availability, etc.’ But we know the main reason. Inflation! Thanks Zimbabwe Ben!

  1. But your wages haven't changed and consumer electronics are cheaper, so it all balances out. It's called macro-economics.
