On Monday evening, Deputy Treasuey Secretary Neal Wolin will arrive in Brazzaville, Republic of the Congo, where he will meet with senior government officials to discuss "key economic and structural challenges" in the fourth largest oil-producing country in Africa.
According to The Treasury, the Deputy Secretary will discuss "the importance of sound resource revenue management, strong economic governance, transparent and accountable institutions, and economic diversification." Most of which is a mystery to the U.S. government.
