Breaking...
UPDATE:
In a national broadcast, Vice President Nicolas Maduro said said Chavez died today at 4:25 p.m.
UPDATE 2
Chavez, who was only 58, died after a two-year battle with cancer. From what I hear, it was no random case of cancer. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying, the bed frame, mattress or box springs that Chavez used. You might say it was specially equipped to provide for a very short life.
"Holder: Drones can be used on US soi--CHAVEZ DEAD, FREEDOM TO RAIN FROM HEAVENS ONTO VENEZUELAN PEOPLES. END COMMUNICATION"
ReplyDeleteOf course, who would accept such a boring and non-sexy assumption that Chavez simply died of cancer. It has to be CIA and American industrial complex! CIA poisoned this glorious fighter for freedom, justice and equality, just as they poisoned and almost killed his good friend and fellow-freedom fighter Castro. They actually infused fluor in his blood by drones, I tell ya!
ReplyDeleteI mean, this is really sick, American libertarians mourning the death of a little communist Caudillo and spreading the most insane conspiracy theories about American government causing his cancer! Sick.
Yes, it is disappointing, but it's not surprising - remember, Rothbard (you know, that great anti-communist) supported North Vietnam and endorsed Pat Buchanan in 1992. Rothbard was no friend of liberty either.
DeleteIt's not about defending Chavez. The US Gov has a long history of overthrowing/killing dictators in South America and all over the world. Here is a quick list I found in about 1.5 seconds.

Ivan that second part is entirely your characterization. I didn't see any mourning, and I don't think "conspiracy theory" is insane. Among dictators, I'd like to see a comparison of the probability of dying as a result of direct or indirect CIA action versus the chance of dying to cancer. Just for kicks.
