Rand Paul Adviser Signs on with Karl Rove

This is getting real interesting. Trygve Olson has long been suspected by many observers of the Ron Paul camp as being an establishment operative who has been placed in the Paul camps to derail Ron Paul and control Rand.

WaPo is now reporting that Olson has signed on with Karl Rove's  American Crossroads super PAC. You can't get more crony establishment than that.

Olson advised Rand Paul in his 2010 Senate campaign and then moved over to Ron Paul’s 2012 presidential campaign.

WaPo put Olson's influence on the Rand Paul camp this way:

Olson is no newcomer to bridging the gap between Paul-world and the GOP establishment; he was dispatched by the [National Republican Senatorial Committee] to help Rand Paul’s campaign after Paul won his 2010 primary.

Got that? The very belly of establishment sent Olson as "help" for Rand.

Olson  will continue to advise Rand, says WaPo.
