Round 3: Judas 1 vs. Judas 2

I give this round to Judas Christie over Judas Rand.

  1. Christie got these numbers from a Tax Foundation study. The study ended in 2005 and the numbers he quotes are from that year. It strikes me as disingenuous for such an honest man to "cook the books" in this fashion. Say what you will about Paul - I still can't blame him for the differential in tax receipts v. outlays in 2005.

    1. True, but you have to understand that "truth" in politics is not what wins political wars.

Demagoguery and its use is probably most important...maybe at times interchangeably with money.

      Score +1 for fatboy.

  2. Lumping Paul and Christie together is ludicrous. Rand is no Ron, that much is certain, but he's a far cry from the mouth-breathing statist that Christie is.

Also, am I the only one that finds Christie lamenting another man "bringing home the bacon" terribly ironic.

    1. It would only be more so if he was lamenting another "bringing home the dough".

  4. I know Christie gets hungry, but did he just put his foot in his mouth? Is he saying NJ should thank nim for redistributing wealth to KY? Voting against the
spending is what matters. If it passes, u should try to get as much tax money back to your tax payers. Or else it ends up in the executive branch.
