Full Disclosure in the Age of Email Spying

I'm sure we have all received emails which come from brokerage firms and law firms that have full disclosure bolierplates at the end of the email, at least I have. Now, in the age of email spying, individuals are starting to tack on their own disclosure statement. This was included at the bottom of an email sent to me by an EPJ reader:
