Michael Hastings’ Widow Speaks Out For The First Time

Elise Jordan, the wife of late journalist Michael Hastings, spoke out in her first TV interview since the death of Hastings, on CNN’s Piers Morgan show.

She said the LAPD are still investigating to determine the cause of Hastings' death but that her gut tells her it was just a tragic accident.

Jordan served as a director for communications in the National Security Council from 2008-09. She worked in the White House Office of Presidential Speechwriting, at the U.S. Embassy, Baghdad and for the Commanding General's Strategic Advisory Group at the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) headquarters in Kabul, Afghanistan, as well as speechwriter to Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice

  1. Kinda chipper for a widower. It could be that she is a combination of scared and grief stricken, but who is Elise Hastings (Jordan)?- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elise_Jordan. Former speech writer to Rice and worked for the ISAF Strategic Advisory Group in Kabul. Worth a closer look.
