Do You Want to Hear What a Hardcore Neocon Sounds Like?

The Libertarian Republican writes:
Dan Senor never met a war he didn’t like. During the Bush administration, Senor was one of the main advocates for regime change in Iraq. In an interview with ABC, the neoconservative Trotskyite bemoans the influence of limited government Republicans in the GOP and worries that if we don’t attack Syria, it might mean we won’t get to attack Iran either.
Listen to Senor in this clip:

  1. Jeniffer Rubin never fails either. These guys are loons let loose. I would say they have cynical arguments, but they're so lack luster in logic.

  2. Simple solution, issue Ol' Dan a rifle, and send him on his way. I'll volunteer to hold his coat while HIS ass is in the line...

    1. Exactly right, except I'd make Dan buy his own rifle.

  3. "doesn't engage in the world"

When did "engagement" come to mean embargoes, spying, government to government foreign aid, bombing and the occupation of foreign countries?

When did "isolation" come to mean treating others as you would have yourself treated?

    1. Right? We're "isolationist" because we refuse to throw rocks at our neighbors?

  4. Paraphrasing Dan Senor:

If the Republicans think Obama isn't competent to run a war against Syria, we can't have any war, anywhere, for the next three years! How will we manage?

I'm still waiting for Danny Boy to enlist, along with Wolfowitz, Perl, et al.

  5. It is amazing how these dead bodies suddenly reappeared - Wolfowitz, Rumsfeld... I am just waiting for Dick Cheney to be the finale. We just cannot get rid of them. And this is because these war criminals should have been prosecuted long ago.

  6. I wish these pundits would get down to talking about the "real" reasons they think we should go to war - support for the monied/political elite who pay their salaries and stand to gain from war and control of oil. Sickening lap dogs.

  7. Senor's Rosemont Capital and his PEU ilk want access to Syrian and Iranian markets. They tried to entice Libya's Gadhafi, but grew impatient with the "reformed" leader. Now Libya, like Iraq and Afghanistan have been freed for the American Chamber of Commerce. Syria and Iran are last on the PNAC'ers list.

  8. I almost did a double take when I saw who report this. To my knowledge libertarian republican was run by Neocon shill Eric Dondero but then I did a search and saw that this site you posted is completely different from the one Dondero runs.
