  9. I've seen this meme floating around FB. It says, "Want to freak out your neighbors? Change your wifi network to FBI Surveillance Van #28." The crazy thing is, I'd seen one of these in the neighborhood where my kids take piano lessons. I was freaked out at first, but now I think it's probably just some wiseacre trying to spook people.
