Who Controls a 19k Strong Virginia Ron Paul Email List?

There are rumors circulating in Virginia that that 19k VA Ron Paul supporters have been contacted multiple times by email to support regular conservative Republican candidates. One source tells me, "I believe that the list (probably a copy) is in even more hands now."
